It was really good to see such a full church on Advent Sunday for the St Margaret’s Annual Christingle Service and many thanks to David, and Jackie and her helpers for making it such a successful service. A total of £399.00 was raised from the Christingle candles. Very well done and thank you very much. May I remind all of you who have the Children’s Society Boxes at home, that they need to be returned in January for emptying. Please give them direct to me or the Church Wardens. Your box will be emptied and returned for next year. Maybe you will remember the request from the Children’s Society in 2015…they would be most, most grateful if an extra £2.00 could be added to your box before emptying in January 2016. Further reminders will be on the pew slip during January.
