Charity Walk & Cream Tea – 28th Sept 2024
On Saturday 28th September there will be a rare opportunity to take part in a special Charity walk at Olton Mere.
The Mere will be open to walkers from 11 a.m. to 2 pm. You can pay a donation to walk at the registration table or submit
your completed sponsorship form (forms will be available at the back of church).
From 12.00 pm until 4pm the church will be open to both walkers and non walkers, and we will be serving refreshments.
Please do join us and enjoy a ‘Roddas Cornish Cream tea’, with homemade scones, freshly made sandwiches, homemade cakes and tea, coffee or squash. Exhibitions and displays are planned within church too.
Please tell your friends, families and neighbours about this event and come along to enjoy a wonderful Autumnal day together in our community. The monies raised from the charity walk will be shared equally between the Lions and St Margaret’s Church.
